Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Changed your mind? Received a duplicate or not-a-good-fit gift? You may return or exchange within 30 days:

  • Any item in its original condition and packaging

With the original receipt, we issue a refund in the original form of payment.
For returns without the original receipt, we issue in store credit.

Some of our sale items are final sale, and won’t be returnable or exchangeable. These items will be marked, and you’re welcome to confirm with us as you make the purchase.

How to Exchange an Item:

It’s easy to exchange an item in its original condition and packaging. Stop by and bring it to the counter, we’ll hold it for you while you shop for your new purchase.

Damaged / Defective Items:

If the item you purchased is damaged or defective when you open the package, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to us with the receipt, and we’ll refund your money.

If you’d prefer a replacement, we’ll open a new package of the same item and confirm that it’s in top condition.

Missing the receipt? Was it a gift? We’re happy to offer store credit.
