Shipping policy
When you place an order for shipping either online or at one of our stores, your order will typically ship out within 2 days of it being placed. We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail - whichever method will provide you with the best service. For shipment to PO Boxes, we will ship your package USPS Priority Mail. Allow 5-8 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (PST) will go out the next day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a flat rate shipping rate of $10.00 for orders up to $100 and free for orders over $100 (not including taxes) to the US, excluding Alaska & Hawaii.
UPS 2nd DAY AIR
UPS 2nd DAY AIR is available for a flat rate of $25. Allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (PST) will go out with the next day's shipping. Packages will arrive two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.
OVERSIZED & LONG DISTANCE SURCHARGES
Due to large box size or heavy weight, some items are only available for in-store pickup. If you would like to have an in-store pickup only item shipped, please call 206-338-7471 or send an email to weborders@snapdoodletoys.com. We will contact you to have you approve the surcharge prior to charging your credit card. If we are not able to assist you with your order, we will try to connect you with another local retailer near your area who can. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
ALASKA & HAWAII
There will be an extra charge of at least $10.00 per box, since the items must be shipped by Air.
MILITARY ADDRESSES
APO/FPO orders are shipped via Parcel Post and arrive within 4-6 weeks. We do not offer 2nd day air shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at all our stores. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on how to pickup your order.
In store pickup is available during normal store hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at weborders@snapdoodletoys.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Shipments to PO box addresses will be done through USPS.
